Visit the Lifeboat Station, Shop and Kiosk in Brixham Weymouth is the next Lifeboat Station east of Torbay with a Severn Class Lifeboat. Weymouth like Brixham has a local HM Coastguard Rescue Co-ordination Centre. Both have featured in the Seaside Rescue series on BBC1. Brixham 21 is the home for information on the major re-generation projects planned for our town of Brixham. They have an 'Atlantic 85' and you can see all the details about the station by following the link below The re-opened lifeboat station at Dartmouth and known as the Dart Lifeboat Station is equipped with a D Class ILB (D-702 'Spirit of the Dart') and launches from the Higher Ferry Slipway

We normally attend on the Thursday evening and open the Lifeboat to visitors for an hour or so before the fireworks.
