received a report from ambulance control of a diver having |

ashore and possibly having suffered a heart attack. Both |

lifeboats were on
exercise and were tasked to Breakwater Beach. Crew GP |

transferred ashore
in the ILB and assisted in stabilising the casualty before the |

of a young lad cut off by the tide at Fairy Cove and with an |

injury requiring
evacuation. On approach to the injured casualty another |
|
group were
identified cut off by the rising tide at Savage Hole. Injured casualty |
|
recovered to
Paignton Harbour first and then the second group were also |
|
recovered in two
runs to Paignton Harbour where safety advice was given. |

exercise was requested to provide assistance to the ALB |

towing a small
cabin cruiser. The vessel was unstable and in danger of sinking. |

The ILB attempted
to bail water to prevent the boat capsizing. The boat |
|
eventually
capsized and sank before reaching Torquay Harbour. |
